  1. Happy New Year Rivak!   This is interesting and timely. I now am working on next steps (so to speak), since I tried the 3 weeks 2 x week treatment from the latest chiropractor for my knee.  On Friday, the last treatment, he said, oh yes your kneecap is several inches to the left.  But he was treating my back alignment for the most part.  Oh well l let him try.  I had been working out, but even light workouts caused worse knee pain so finally stopped totally, now not even going for walks – and my metabolism has screeched to a halt, and the dreaded weight gain.  Plus I cannot STAND not working out – it feels horrible.   While I am waiting to have insurance that covers Dr. Scott Ball, I was trying to find a cranio-sacral therapist who is any good. When I had a great one, she could resolve anything. But so far dead ends on finding one.  I am wondering if this physical therapist can do any manipulation or somehow cause my poor knee to line up.  I will have to check into it.   Thanks for sending this along.  This is a time of many changes for me.   Best regards, Loretta
